"Golden Rules"
1. Be supportive, not critical of other people. Focus on their strengths, not their faults, failings, and mistakes.
2. Place the best possible interpretation upon people's actions.
3. Communicate in an honest, caring way.
4. Officers and members shall respect and support each other.
5. Every individual's feelings and idea's should be valued.
6. Board and general members should be active listeners.
7. All members must follow the WPCBC Mission Statement and Golden Rules.
